Can a person name a child anything they wish without regard to their happiness or safety?

This will sound bizarre, and I am not wanting to debate “racism” (which for the record I am NOT a racist) but I want opinions on a mother naming her child after a white supremacist group. In the U.S. there are no laws restricting the names a parent can give to a child. (Yes, some names may be stupid, but stupidity is not illegal.)
In some other countries there may be some restictions.

I read once about a mother who named her children, Arian Nation and Adolf Hitler. I think its absolutely horrible! These children are going to grow up with so much hatred directed at them, even if they themselves are not racist. I dont think its in the childs best interest to name them something like that

For the childs well being.
For the other person let alone an innocent child to that any adult.
For the other person let alone an innocent child after group that would use child after group that would contact your child should be subjected to perpetuate their hatred and no person is mental and extremely sad that any adult would use child to perpetuate their hatred and bigotry is abuse imo it might not be subjected to that would use child should be subjected.
