do they make a child safety pool fence that’s not drilled into the concrete?

we have a toddler and just rented a house with a small inground splash pool. since it was built in 88, it has no fence. or holes. since we are renting, we cannot drill holes. what are our options? the realtor said to put alarms on the door, but they could fail.

Yeah, a child safety pool fence just drill into the concrete. It’s always been like that and it will in all probability always stay that way, too
